International cooperation refers to several grouped actions and resources exchanged between personalities from different international locations, voluntarily and according to their own interests and strategies. GATT and WTO are well known International Cooperation. The GATT’s goal was to promote a free and competitive international trading environment benefiting efficient producers by sponsoring multilateral negotiations to reduce tariffs, quotas and other non tariff barriers.
