This laser cladding process is a welding process having an infinitely controllable lazer as its warm source. This technology makes for complete metallurgical developing with minimal warm affected zone and dilution, along with a decrease in other undesirable negative effects such as oxidation and decarburization. In the beam of laser cladding process a laser is generating any melt pool at the top of work piece. The cladding material is going to be supplied via a nozzle to the melt pool. The main fields of application can be found in machine-tool and plant engineering, and engine manufacturing with the aircraft and car industries.
