The Libertarian Party of the USA and other libertarians believe military mobilization to be involuntary servitude in the sense of the Thirteenth Amendment. Some libertarians judge compulsory schooling involuntary servitude. Involuntary servitude is a USA’s legal and legitimate term for a person laboring against that person’s will to advantage any more, under several form of coercion other than the employees financial desires.
