International labor standards consider conventions agreed upon by international personalities, resulting from a series of value judgments, established to protect simple worker rights, and improve their particular terms of employment with a global scale. The intent of this sort of standards, then, is to establish a worldwide minimum higher level of protection from inhumane labor practices over the adoption and rendering of said steps.
