The major principle of this thesis is to review the present status of the International Court of Justice and its Role in International Dispute Settlement. Other objectives are analyze the existing measures for ensuring Court of Justice and its Role in International Dispute Settlement. Finally point out weakness and problems of Justice and propose the betterment options for International Court of Justice and its Role in International Dispute Settlement and its improvement. Also ensure high standard of justice and people confidence on Justice.
