The important aim of this article is to discuss about intelligent monitoring technology. Usually speaking, there are two aspects for some intelligent monitoring. One is the agreement to acquire additional information from monitor pictures, the other is that it must be possible and gracious adequate to adapt to the more and more enlarged methodical scales. The material for both the two aspects is to alter the processing form that traditional monitors do with the image information.
