Strategy implementation is a term used to describe the activities within an organisation to manage the execution of a strategic plan. In this lecture briefly focus on Implementing and Executing Strategy. A highlight of the program is the implementation audit. Participants analyze and rate key execution factors in their own organizations. They then present their company’s or organization’s particular strategy challenge to a group. Strategic evaluation is the assessment process that provide executives and managers performance information about programs, projects and activities designed to meet business goals and objectives.
