Human security can be an emerging paradigm for understanding global vulnerabilities in whose proponents challenge the standard notion of countrywide security by arguing that this proper referent for security should be the individual rather compared to state. Human security holds that the people-centred, multi-disciplinary understanding connected with security involving many research fields, which includes development studies, overseas relations, strategic studies, and human protection under the law.
