Human relations movement identifies the researchers of organizational development that study the behaviour of men and women in groups, in particular workplace groups and also other related concepts in fields such as industrial and organizational therapy. It originated in the 1930s’ Hawthorne reports, which examined the issues of social associations, motivation and personnel satisfaction on manufacturing plant productivity.
