The major finding of study is that ROBI Company Limited conducts regular training programs for its employees; on-the-job training technique is more used for providing training. Other findings and discussions are drafted and represented through pie charts. The final report thus prepared is submitted to the company. I think this training experience will go a long way to help me take right decisions at tough times.
