Health Impact Assessment is a means of assessing the health impacts of policies, plans and projects in diverse fiscal sectors using quantitative, qualitative along with participatory techniques. Health Impact Assessment (HIA) is understood to be “a combination regarding procedures and methods where a policy, software, or project could be judged as in order to its potential effects on the healthiness of a population and the distribution of those effects from the population.”
