Principle objective of this lecture is to present on Exercise and Health for Good Circulatory System. Circulatory System circulates blood to every cell in the body. Our circulatory system consists of our heart, blood vessels and blood, and is responsible for transporting life-giving oxygen throughout our body. When we exercise, our body’s need for oxygen increases; the harder we work out, the more oxygen our body demands. To ensure that sufficient oxygen is available for our muscles during activity, our body makes short – and long-term changes.
