Basic purpose of this article is to define and discuss on Group Power. Here discuss Group Power in terms of working environments perspective. The strength and safety of any group is often a reflection of it’s command. All groups go by way of stages – from getting formed (is it a group searching for a leader, or a leader searching for a group); to setting up and normalising the group’s floor rules and boundaries; for the dynamic interactions of class members, and the agreement of ending process. A leader should be able to maintain clarity between what exactly is real and what has been imagined and ‘projected’ on to the group or onto anyone within that group.
