Customer Dynamics is actually used to describe the flow of activity that takes place between a customer and a vendor or supplier. It is a subset of organizational dynamics, which describes how people function together to accomplish a task. It goes beyond simply looking at the purchasing activity generated by the customer and includes consideration of the range of emotions and the establishment of relationships that occurs as part of that ongoing exchange of information.
