Mission statement is a statement of the aim of a company, business or person; its reason for existing; a written declaration of your organization’s core intent and focus of which normally remains unchanged over time. Creating a mission statement will help you focus your company effort and do a lot of good in delivering your workforce together behind a standard theme. The key to success isn’t just creating a objective statement, it’s existing the mission statement. This statement should include the reason for your business, reflect your firm’s core business activity, identify your firm’s unique ‘value added’ and identify the purpose you fulfill.
