Quality Control Circle is a work group of employees who meet regularly to discuss their quality problems, investigate causes, recommend solutions, and take corrective actions. When matured, true quality control circles become self-managing, having gained the confidence of management. It was improving occupational safety and health, improving product design, and improvement in the workplace and manufacturing processes. It is a volunteer group composed of members who meet to talk about workplace and service improvements and make presentations to their management with their ideas.
