While no single definition of conflict management, most definitions involve this factors: there are at least two independent groups, the groupings perceive some incompatibility between themselves, and the groups interact together in some technique. Two example definitions are, “process by which one party perceives that its interests are increasingly being opposed or negatively troubled by another party”.
