Collective bargaining is a process of negotiations between employers and the representatives of a unit of employees aimed at reaching agreements that regulate working conditions. Collective Bargaining is the process of reducing the terms of employment between a great employer and a gaggle of workers. The terms of employment include items for instance conditions of employment, working conditions and workplace rules, base pay, overtime spend, work hours, transfer length, work holidays, sick leave, getaway time, retirement benefits and medical benefits.
