Collaborative governance structures are used to promote regional considering and facilitate regional-level co-operation. Collaborative governance is a process and a variety of governance in which usually participants (parties, companies, stakeholders) representing various interests are collectively empowered to manufacture a policy decision or make recommendations with a final decision-maker who’ll not substantially change consensus recommendations through the group.
