Cloud computing is a general term for anything that involves delivering hosted services via the internet. These services are generally broadly divided straight into three categories: Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service along with Software-as-a-Service. The name cloud was inspired because of the symbol that’s often used to represent the World-wide-web in flowcharts along with diagrams. Cloud computing is understood to be computing that relies upon sharing computing resources as opposed to having local hosting space or personal devices to take care of applications.
