Casual work is a neologism which describes a sort of employment relationship in between an employer and employee. There is absolutely no universally agreed consensus on what type of working arrangement makes up contingent work, but it is generally considered to be work with no less than one of the subsequent characteristics: Temporary or without job stability, Part time and Paid over a piece work basis.
