With due respect we, the students of your college, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that our college is one of the famous college of this country but there is no literary club in our college. There are numerous students around us who are talented with scholarly abilities. At the same time it is not feasible for them to create their dormant abilities and abstract workforce for need of essential facilities and nourishment. So, it has become very important to organize a literary club in our college.
In addition, we need to hold seminars, debates, recitations, article rivalries and publish magazines under the support of the examined ‘Literacy Club.’ It is trusted that this club will help the students not just to bring out their idle artistic abilities additionally to get learning of the contemporary world literature.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to organize a literary club in our college and oblige thereby.
