Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission to state that, I had a terrible fever that lasted from (date….). I am really sorry for missing 1o days of classes. Please take this letter as my official notice of absence for the dates mentioned above. I have also attached the medical certificate from the hospital detailing on my confinement. I know I’ve missed a lot of classes, discussions and class test. I will get a tutor for a month so I can get back on track and catch up with my classmates. Also, if you could give me special classes on the weekends, it will be very much appreciated.
