Dear Sir/Madam,
We have the honor to draw your kind attention to the fact that a computer lab was set up in our college last year so that the students of the school/college could gain technological knowledge utilizing the latest device of learning. We were highly enthusiastic when it was set up. But unfortunately, this noble initiative is not serving the purpose it was meant for. In fact, the lab lacks the facilities it was supposed to have. Firstly, there is not a sufficient number of computers in the lab. Only a few computers cannot satisfy the need of many enthusiastic computer users. Secondly, as there is no internet connection in our lab, we are becoming deprived of access to the vast world of information and knowledge.
We, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to increase the lab facilities and give us a chance to keep pace with the modern world.
