Respected Sir,
It is stated that I am (name….) of (subject and department name….) Semester no., 4th Year. Sir it is requested that as our mid-term examinations are over and the whole class performed really well. In this year we have not arranged any entertaining activity. So, we want you to assemble a trip (even of one day) so that we might feel fresh adequate to handle up with the challenges of final term.
