Annual Report 2015 of National Investment Trust Limited

It is a broadly described annual report of National Investment Trust Limited in the year of 2015. During the financial year, The Company’s Total assets stood at Rs. 75,061,515 million against at Rs. 66,459,659 million. Net asset value per unit was Rs. 63.75 (2014: Rs. 56.59). During FY2015, the NIT Fund earned a Net income of Rs. 6,617 million (EPU of Rs. 5.55) against an income of Rs. 5,431 million (EPU of Rs. 5.13) during FY2013-14, increase of 13.55% Y-o-Y. During the year, the NIT Fund realized capital gains of Rs. 3,713 million, depicting a growth of 6% from previous year’s capital gains of Rs. 3,504 million. During the period under review, the dividend income earned by the Fund stood at Rs. 2,472 million as compared to Rs. 2,329 million in FY13-14.

NIT has declared a cash dividend of Rs. 4.25/- per unit for the year ended 30^th June 2015.
