Annual Report 2012 of Sinobangla Industries Limited

It is a broadly described annual report of Sinobangla Industries Limited in the year of 2012. During the financial year 2011-2012, The Operating Profit of the company declined from Tk. 33.78 million to Tk. 19.65 million, 42% lower than the previous year. Profit after Tax (PAT) increased from Tk. 28.43 million to Tk. 34.99 million, 23.11% higher over than the previous year. However, other income (Interest Income) constituted 66.32% of PAT.

The Board of Directors of the company recommended the stock dividend of @11% for the year ended 31^st October 2012. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
