Adventure centered experiences can include many activities, due on the different ways persons experience adventure. Backyard sports, challenge lessons, races, and even indoor activities can be used in adventure education and learning. Adventure education relates to adventure programming, journey therapy, and out-of-doors education. Adventure education is the promotion of learning through adventure based experiences.
