This lecture focus to presentation on Organizational Behavior Model. Organizational behavior is a field of learning that investigates the collision that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior within a company. This lecture briefly explain on four types of Organizational Behavior Model, they are Autocratic Model (Autocratic model depends on rule and control), Custodial Model (examples: NGOs, Banks etc), Supportive Model (Exam: Product, Hospital, Manufacturing Firms etc), Collegial Model (exam:Football team, Product Manufacturing firms etc) and System Model (Exam: Product Manufacturing Firms).
