Usability Testing is a method by which users of a product are asked to perform certain tasks in an effort to measure the product’s ease-of-use, task time, and the user’s perception of the experience. is a way to see how easy to use something is by testing it with real users.Users are asked to complete tasks, typically while they are being observed by a researcher, to see where they encounter problems and experience confusion. If more people encounter similar problems, recommendations will be made to overcome these usability issues. Usability Testing also refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users.
