A strategy map is a diagram that’s used to document the primary strategic goals being pursued by an organization or management group. It is an element of the documentation from the Balanced Scorecard, and especially is characteristic with the second generation associated with Balanced Scorecard types that first appeared throughout the mid-1990s.
