Social exclusion is the process in that individuals or entire communities of people are systematically plugged from various rights, opportunities and resources which might be normally available to members of the different group, and that are fundamental to sociable integration within that one group (e.g., housing, employment, professional medical, civic engagement, democratic contribution, and due process).
