The main purpose of this thesis study is to prepare a complete Social Compliance Manual for the Company of CAMIO USA KNITWEAR Ltd. Company ensure making better environment for employee and others. This also help to maintain a good employee relationship and well working environment in this Company. Besides the research for this report show a review of current Practice and some audit report which show Social Compliance issues.
