Shared leadership can be defined in a lot of ways, but all definitions describe the same phenomenon – group leadership by greater than only the equiped leader. Shared leadership is leadership that is certainly broadly distributed, such that people within any team and organization lead one another. It has frequently been compared to horizontal leadership, spread leadership, and group leadership.
