Reverse discrimination can be defined as the unequal therapy of members with the majority groups resulting from preferential policies, just as college admissions or even employment, intended to remedy earlier discrimination towards minorities. Reverse discrimination is usually discrimination against members of a dominant or majority group and only members of the minority or over time disadvantaged group.
