Major objective of this report is to analysis overall performance appraisal of the National Bank Limited, Gulshan Branch. Other objectives are appraise credit activities of the bank and appraise Foreign exchange activities. Here also measure customer satisfaction level and identify problems and challenges of National Bank. Finally recommend remedial measures for the improvement of the activities and determine the most important attributes of service quality.
