Here briefly describe an overview of IT governance and its role in strategic management also describe an overview of the system development life cycle (SDLC). Here also analysis the elements of the operation and maintenance phase of the SDLC. Finally explain the critical importance of IT governance in an organization and Ethical considerations related to IT governance.
