Organizational Communication is a process by which activities of an society are accumulated and coordinated to arrive at the goals involving both individuals plus the collective group. It is a subfield of common communications studies and can be a component to effective management in a workplace environment. Organizational communication is a subfield of the more expensive discipline of communication studies.
