Motivation is a hypothetical assemble used to clarify behavior. It represents the reasons for people’s acts, desires, and needs. Motivation can be defined as one’s way to behavior or what causes a person to want to repeat activities. A motive is what prompts the person to act in a positive way or develop a preference for definite behavior. For example, when someone eats food to satisfy the need of hunger, or when a student does work in school because they want a good grade. The concepts have been derivative from the behaviors of language learners and have been only associated to common theories of motivation in psychology.
