Real Estate means to the piece of land and all physical property related to it including houses, fences, landscaping and all rights related to the air above and earth below the property. This report briefly focus on Marketing Strategies Imposed by Real Estate Companies of Bangladesh. With rapid urbanization of the cities and metropolitan areas real estate is a familiar word to the city dwellers. The objective of the study was to execute a comparative study of marketing strategies developed by real estate developers of all the standards working in Bangladesh.
