Legislative Intent is the design, plan, or purpose the legislature experienced in drafting, advising, debating, and enacting a unique statue. In legislation, the legislative intent with the legislature in enacting laws may sometimes be regarded as by the judiciary when interpreting legislation. The judiciary may assess legislative intention where legislation can be ambiguous, or isn’t going to appear to right or adequately address a unique issue, or when there has been a legislative composing error.
