Basic objective of this lecture is to present Design of Computer Instruction Set. Here discuss and analysis on Design of Computer Instruction Set with example and picture. Here also focus on Design of the CPU, Register Design, Shifter Design and Alternative Design. CPU contains three elements they are Registers, the ALU and the Control Unit, here briefly discuss on this three elements. Finally analysis on Design Left Rotator Using Left Shifter.
