Prime objective of this study is to present on Job Satisfaction level of Faculties in Private Universities. The two Private Universities analysis on job satisfaction in Stamford University and United International University. Most of the employees of Stamford University think that the institution haven’t fulfill their promises. The employees of United International University are satisfied with their job, organizational culture and are motivated to perform their job sincerely.
