Main purpose of this research paper is to analysis Influences of Martial Law Administration in Judicial System of Bangladesh. The form ‘Martial Law’ is indefinite to the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. But the Country has to face martial law in two different Decades. This research paper broadly discussed on the following matters: Preliminary, martial law and its effects on the judicial system, problems, recommendations and conclusion. Major objectives are explain the concept and nature of martial law and analyse the problems creating by the different martial law proclamations and analyse the cases regarding this law.
