Fiscal Policy is a government spending policies that influence macroeconomic conditions. Through fiscal policy, regulators attempt to enhance unemployment rates, handle inflation, stabilize business cycles and influence interest rates in order to control the economic climate. Fiscal policy is largely while using ideas of English economist John Maynard Keynes (1883–1946), who believed governments might change economic overall performance by adjusting levy rates and federal spending.
