The Administrative tribunals ended up established in Bangladesh to be able to exercise jurisdiction according of matters pertaining to or arising out of the terms and conditions of persons from the services of the actual Republic or of any statutory open authority. Administrative Tribunals are creation in the Constitution. For deciding any dispute arising out of the terms and conditions of their service, the judicial officers will be amenable to the jurisdiction in the Administrative Tribunal. Now, the Administrative Tribunal of Dhaka shall establish disputes arising out of the terms and conditions of persons from the services of Republic from the 38 districts such as Dhaka.
