This system is practiced in lots of countries, notably Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro in addition to Switzerland, but also Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Australia in addition to Egypt, and for many years now in China and also other countries in Parts of Asia.
