This article focus on Dongle, which is also known as USB dongles. It simply plug into a USB port of a device such as PC, laptop, or even a television or Blu-ray player. In relation to computing, the term is primarily associated with hardware providing a copy protection mechanism for commercial software—in which the dongle must be attached to the system that the software is installed on in order for it to function. It provide the most effective means of copy protection. There are many different types of dongles. The most common dongles are memory or Wi-Fi dongles.
