This great article discusses two of the commonest types of an organizational structure within which projects tend to be hatched and implemented. An example may be rigid and commonly obtained in planned economies, like countries with the former Soviet Union. One other is flexible and highly motivational–project structure–that can be a product of Western school of thought. Workers under the latter tend to be much better in duplication with problems, due to flexible as well as humane management that courses or rather helps them within their work.
