Major objective of this article is to explain the definitions of Team Building. Team building is using different types of team interventions that are aimed at enhancing interpersonal relations and clarifying workforce members’ roles, as well as solving task and interpersonal issues that affect team functioning. Team building differs from team training in many ways. Team building is not necessarily formal or thorough in nature, does not really target skill-based competencies, and it is typically done in settings that are not in the actual environment where the team works on the work.
